# KYC Identity Verification

## Overview

**Description**: KYC Identity Verification Process
**Function Description**: Ensure account security and serve as a necessary prerequisite for activating payment cards (Know Your Customer)

## Verification Operation Steps

1. Access the KYC verification page in the App
2. Submit identity information as prompted (ID card/passport, etc.)
3. Wait for system review
4. Complete verification after approval

## Detailed Verification Process

### Step 1: Access the KYC Verification Page

#### Access Paths

1. **App Homepage Entry**:
   * Log in to the PayFun App
   * Tap "My" or Personal Center in the bottom navigation bar
   * Locate the "Identity Verification" or "KYC Verification" entry

2. **Guided Entry**:
   * Automatic verification prompt when making the first payment attempt
   * Mandatory step in the card application process
   * Verification option in account security settings

#### Page Status Indicators

* ⚪ Unverified: Displays "Verify Now" button
* 🟡 In Review: Displays "Under Review"
* ✅ Verified: Displays "Verification Completed"

### Step 2: Submit Identity Information

#### Supported Document Types

* **Mainland China Users**:
  * Second-Generation Resident Identity Card (Recommended)
  * Passport
  * Hong Kong/Macao Resident Travel Permit to Mainland China
  * Taiwan Resident Travel Permit to Mainland China

* **International Users**:
  * Passport
  * Driver's License
  * National ID Card

#### Information Submission Requirements

**Basic Information Filling**:

1. **Full Name**:
   * Exactly match the name on the document
   * Fill in pinyin/English name as per the document
   * Distinguish between first name and last name (per local customs)

2. **Document Information**:
   * Select document type
   * Enter document number accurately
   * Verify expiration date

3. **Contact Information**:
   * Residential address (recommended to match billing address)
   * Contact phone number (verified mobile number)

4. **Document Photo Upload Requirements**:
   * Information Consistency: Must fully match the filled document information (name, document number, etc.) to ensure identity verification success;
   * Clarity and Completeness: Photos must be clear, free of glare and obstructions, with complete document edges and legible content;
   * Compliance: Upload original photos taken directly, no copies, screenshots, or modified images allowed.

5. **Selfie Shooting Requirements**:
   * Sufficient Lighting: Choose an environment with adequate natural light or uniform lighting, avoid backlighting and facial shadows;
   * Complete Frame: Face the camera directly with all facial features clearly visible (no hats, sunglasses, masks, or other obstructions), and the head should occupy an appropriate proportion of the frame;
   * Authenticity and Clarity: No beauty filters or retouching allowed, photos must be clear and free of distortion to ensure facial features match the document photo.
